Classes are only accessible to students who are enrolled on the course. You are considered to be enrolled once your course fees have been paid.
All students attending classes or workshops at Kingham Jewellery School must be 16 or over, unless otherwise stated in the course information.
To ensure you have a space booked we require payment in full prior to the start date of the course.
Once we receive payment we will send you a ‘Confirmation’ email.
Please read our cancellation policy in full prior to booking any of our courses.
In the unlikely event of us needing to cancel a class you will be issued a full refund. We will give you as much notice as possible. We can not be held responsible for any cost you may incur for pre-booked train tickets or accommodation.
You may transfer your booking to another course of the same value up to 7 days prior to the course start date. Please note, only 1 transfer per booking is permitted.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they can commit to all dates listed on their course booking as unfortunately there will be no opportunity to make up missed classes. This ensures a focused learning environment and minimises disruption to fellow students.
We do not offer partial refunds for missed classes.
We offer a range of materials for students to purchase on site. You can pay for these on the day of purchase. Otherwise you will be billed at 1/2 term if the amount is greater than £20.00 or at the end of term for the full amount.
