Class Overview

Make a Silver Leaf Pendant Taster Class

Would you like to try making a silver leaf pendant? This morning taster session introduces basic traditional silver jewellery making techniques. The class is perfect for beginners with little or no jewellery making experience.

Over the 3 hours you will use a range of tools and techniques to complete your piece. You will cut out your shapes from silver sheet with a piercing saw, use a rolling mill to assist with texturing process and solder silver using a jeweller’s torch.

We run a very friendly and relaxed workshop, all our taster classes offer a gentle learning curve for beginners to start making silver jewellery and try something new. If you’re completely new to jewellery making and unsure if a beginner term might be too much of a time investment to find out if you enjoy working in silver, then a taster class is worth considering.
